To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees with fall, pico, stitching, or any customization done.
- Customized or altered products.
- Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional offers.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong products delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Color & Design Variation Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography, slight variations in color may occur. Such variations shall not be considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
